The complete turnkey 5 million gallon plant is priced at $3.6m. Each additonal million gallons capacity is an additonal $450,000.

Reactor mix rate
One of the most crucial parts in the BioDiesel manufacturing process is the mixing of the ingredients. Just as a top chef would not use a hand mixer, so our plant similarly uses state of the art mixing to make the BioDiesel mix to perfection. We use maceration within our pumps to “smash” the ingredients together, then a unique “massaging” mixer unit to further the mix, before finally spinning the mix as it enters the reactor. All of this combines to give us amongst the highest “conversion rates” within the industry. What does this mean? Quite simply up to 99.5% of input vegetable oil is converted into BioDiesel. Other units offer 96%. Sounds like not a lot of difference? Well put it this way 3.5% of 5 million gallons of oil is 175,000 gallons. Not something you would want to throw away.

Methanol Recovery Unit
The most expensive part of the BioDiesel product is methanol. All Xenerga plants ship with a methanol recovery unit. These units do exactly what their name implies – they recover unused methanol. This means lower production costs, and of course, more profits.

Batch Testing Facilities
Each batch of BioDiesel that ships has to be tested to comply with government regulations. The Xenerga franchise includes access to a system that helps you monitor and improve your operations. Our BioDiesel package will monitor your entire process; making you money by improving yields and eliminating costly mistakes. The Xenerga system will replace time-consuming analytical methods such as wet-chemistry or complicated instrumentation. The testing system brings more efficiency into your process through quicker testing, resulting in faster process decisions. And just to make the system even better – it doesn’t need costly scientists to operate it. This can be operated by someone with only basic computer knowledge. If they can use the web – they can analyze your bio.

Our modular system means that as the alternative energy technology develops we can “plug and play” different components of our system. Want to expand your plant? Simply drop in a new module. New technology available? Plug it in and use it.

See by remote viewing capability
Your plant comes complete with a broadband internet connection and local area network. Into this network are plugged a number of cameras. These feed back across the internet to the Xenerga support network, where the live streaming video can be used to assist in diagnosing problems or just simple to aide communication.
